About Mandala Breathwork ..
Mandala Breathwork blends deep, fast breathing, evocative music, inner awareness, and focused emotional release work to help access expanded states of consciousness. In these states, we can move beyond the thinking mind and engage the body's innate wisdom and the psyche's inner healing mechanisms to process emotions, memories, and experiences in a profoundly healing way. As part of the integration process, participants will have the opportunity to create a personal mandala after the breathwork session. The mandala, a symbol of wholeness, serves as a visual reflection of your journey, offering a way to process and ground the experience.
We will also engage in group sharing and integration, providing a safe and supportive space for you to express your experience.
